Through customer interviews, imagery was discovered to be one of the main sources of inspiration for a large demographic of users. This allowed us to review the full customer experience and pinpoint exactly where inspirational imagery should be featured to help inspire customers. Editorial was a key focus area and a natural fit with matching content. Concepts and prototypes were created and tested to make imagery much more prominent throughout the main user journeys. The shoppable platform also received a full redesign, further aiding customers to easily find what they are looking for by introducing a faceted search navigation.
